Why invisible grills
Invisible grills are the modern answer to a balcony that needs to be safe without being caged. Instead of a welded MS frame, the opening is spanned by thin stainless steel cables held under high tension between anchors in the parapet and the slab above. A child cannot slip through or climb out, a pet cannot squeeze past, and from inside the room you mostly stop noticing the cables are there at all.
With invisible grills the specification is easy to fake and hard to see. Cable grade, spacing and tension are what actually stop a fall, and none of them shows up in a photograph. We tell you the cable grade, the spacing and where each anchor goes before we start, and we fit exactly that.
Cable at a 2-inch gap reads as almost nothing from a few feet back — the balcony still feels like a balcony.
The gap is narrower than a toddler's head, and the tension stops cables being pushed apart.
Marine-grade stainless for coastal salt, river humidity and inland heat alike.
Fixings go into the parapet edge and slab, never into tiles or loose plaster.

We install invisible grills in SS316 marine-grade stainless steel cable, tensioned at a 2-inch spacing across balcony and window openings. The cable is thin enough to disappear at normal viewing distance, so you get balcony fall protection without the boxed-in look of welded bars — the reason most new apartments in Andhra Pradesh now choose invisible grills over traditional grillwork.
From the salt air of the Vizag coast to the river humidity of Rajahmundry and the 45 °C summers of Vijayawada and Guntur, Andhra Pradesh is hard on metal. SS316 stainless is the marine specification — it holds up where cheaper 202 or 304 cable pits and stains. Every invisible grill installation is measured on site, cut to your exact opening and tensioned cable by cable, then checked again before we call the job finished.
An invisible grill is a row of high-tensile stainless steel cables run across an opening at a fixed spacing and held under tension by anchors fixed into the structure around it. There is no grille pattern and no frame across the middle of the opening, which is what separates it from a conventional MS grill. The safety comes from the spacing and the tension, not from bulk.

SS316 marine-grade stainless steel cable, typically 2 mm with a nylon coating, run through stainless end fittings and aluminium track so each cable can be re-tensioned later without drilling again. Anchors go into the parapet edge and the underside of the slab — never into the tile face — and every hole is sealed and touched up before we leave.

No rust streaks down the wall, no yearly painting, no welded joints to crack.
Curved parapets, part-height glass rails and odd window bays are measured and cut individually.

FAQ
Both stop falls. Invisible grills (SS316 cable) keep the view almost untouched, never sag and need no maintenance; balcony safety nets cover the full height at a lower cost on large openings but are more visible. For a balcony you want to look through, choose invisible grills; for the lowest cost on a big opening, choose a net.
Not on their own — a 2-inch gap lets pigeons through. Where birds are a problem we combine the grill with fine pigeon netting, so the opening is both fall-safe and bird-proof.
Yes. Window invisible grills run vertically or horizontally across bedroom and kitchen windows and keep the light and airflow, unlike a box MS grill.
Not literally — up close you can see the cable. From a few feet back, and from outside the building, the opening reads as open. That is the whole reason people choose invisible grills over an MS grill.
Yes. Two inches is narrower than a toddler's head, which is what the spacing is set against, and the cables are under tension so they do not spread apart when pushed.
Anchors go into the structural parapet edge and the slab soffit, not the tile face. The holes are sealed and touched up as part of the job.
A typical balcony is finished in a few hours; a whole flat with several balconies and windows usually takes a day.
Many associations ask for it. Because invisible grills do not change the look of the elevation they are usually approved easily — we can give you the specification in writing to show them.
